Individual Coaching
Towards professional fulfillment
Our Approach
Our coaching approach is composed of three phases: Context, Content and Conduct.
The Context phase
This phase is about entry, contracting and situational analysis. In this phase, we define the client-coach alliance, we focus on the understanding of the client’s context (roles, personal influences, etc.) and we set expectations. This phase is essential to identify the need for coaching sessions and for a business contract.
The Content phase
During this phase we focus on feedback, exploration of options, and planning to help clients identify a range of choices. We develop a vision and with realistic planning make the vision executable.
The Conduct phase
During this phase, we support the clients’move to action. We lead from the future to help the clients achieve their desired outcomes. In this phase, we rely strongly on action strategies, growth and renewal methods and execution.
